Versatile control system for electrical functions

Finnish company Eledux Oy specializes in the development of CAN bus -based solutions. We offer ready-to-install electrical systems tailored to the customer’s needs for various types of special vehicles. Our products are used e.g. in ambulances, police cars, trucks, fire engines and motorhomes.

The user interface developed by Eledux can be used to control almost all electronic functions of a special vehicle. It can be used to activate the alarm lights, interior lighting, air conditioning, reversing camera and other vehicle functions.

Clear and easy-to-use user interface

The user interface of the system is a clear and easy-to-use touchscreen. It has customizable symbols that make it easy to manage the desired functions. There are several different sizes of touch screens; 2.8”, 5”, 7” and 10”.

If there are a lot of controllable functions, they can be arrange in an easily browseable format. All functions are activated simply by touching the touch screen.

Multiple user interface solution

There can be several touch screens inside the vehicle, each of which controls different functions. A solution with multiple user interfaces is a reasonable option, e.g. in ambulances, where paramedics have different needs than the driver. The option is also functional in motorhomes, where the needs of the passenger compartment and cab are different.

Addition to control from touch screen, it is also possible to use push button control for desired functions, e.g. there might be interior light button on door side.
